We supply Chrome Electric Towel Rails prefilled. We do not fill it up 100% to allow fluid expansion as the rail heats up.
The heating element has a built-in safety thermostat set to 70C. This keeps the surface temperature at a certain level if the towel rail is fitted without any additional temperature adjustment controller. Valdern Electric Towel Rails comes with a high specification IP64 rated TUV CE approved Electric Heating Element. You will see that the Electric Heating element in the box is not fitted.
